Five product families, all consumable. Below is what each one is, how it is packed, and the grades we press it from. Prices are quoted per order — the grade and the volume move the number more than anything else.
Incense sticks
Thirteen blends, each pressed from a single named grade and origin rather than a generic "agarwood". Standard length 21 cm; burn time and length can be adjusted on OEM orders.

Also pressed as sticks: Hainan Jiangzhenxiang (降真香, 正产区) — a different aromatic wood from the same island, popular in its own right.
Coil incense
A spiral runs for hours from a single light. This is the format temples buy, and the one hotels and lounges put in a lobby where nobody is going to relight it every forty minutes.

Agarwood essential oil
Steam-distilled from Hainan wood and supplied in amber glass. Buyers are usually perfume houses, attar makers and aromatherapy brands who need a repeatable oil rather than a one-off lot.

Solid balm
A wax base carries the agarwood without alcohol, so it can be worn on skin and shipped without the restrictions that apply to liquid fragrance. It sells well as a gift and travel format.

Binderless pieces
Agarwood powder pressed into small cloud-shaped pieces, with nothing added to hold them together. Placed on a bed of ash and lit, this is the most direct way to judge a wood — there is no charcoal smoke in front of it.
